Agreement between user of the server (herein referred as “Author”) and administration of the server www.drawschool.com (“Administration of the server”).
1. Author TAKES FULL RESPONCIBILITY for the exposure his works on the server.
2. Works of the Author that are placed on the server should DO NOT CONTAIN EXPLICIT SEXUAL, RACIAL, POLITICAL or other context that can be offensive for server visitors.
3. Author grants to the server administration full permission to use his pictures for free in the server exhibitions.
4. In case of violation of the terms of the service, Administration reserves the right to restrict access to Author’s works or remove them without any notice.
5. The www.drawschool.com server is noncommercial organization and provides the service on "ASIS". The administration reserves right to change or terminate the service or terms of usage without any notice.
6. Author understands and agrees that Administration of the server shall not be liable for any damages that are result of his decision to take participation in the server exhibition
